This patch series (16.8.2–16.8.9) delivers several stability and usability improvements: certificate scripts have been corrected, the admin panel has been restored to its pre-"optin strict" state, and two bgproc issues affecting IDP timeout handling and app model overwriting have been resolved. On the feature side, JSON payloads now support dots in key names, forced and optout user flows have been added, the user-verification WebAuthn option is now customizable, and a new module_debug has been introduced alongside a fix for proxy logging.
