This release collects all changes since 17.8.1 (17.9.0-18.0.3). The Ghost system gains ghost_first flag support with first-marker handling, SSH actions and test actions, and a pattern generator debug switch has been added. InternalAuth customization now supports a username placeholder, and internalauth-js and jsinject handle the new skip button case. The support pack has been tuned and a memory allocation override system introduced. Fixes cover cookie_set handling of empty and repeated cookies, LDAP fallback connections, cleanup of optout/optin users after the last trusted object is removed, the enum protection check in the proxyinfo flow, config object lifetime in bgproc, IP verification, and several UI issues.
